  Yet again we have been blessed with almost perfect conditions, the warm sun at last breaking through after a mostly cloudy day. The cooling breeze most welcome to us all.

  It was the leaders of the pack were eager to get road position as the forth session started on time. The riders moved a notch up and the speeds increased from the last session. Notable was Michael Dunlop on his  Street Sweep/Marlow Construction Yamaha who put in a second lap time of  18mins 05.88secs at a speed of 125.085mph to rocket him to the top of the Leadersboard in the Junior TT Practice.

John Mc Guinness was also flying breaking the 130 mph lap time barrier, on his 1000cc HM Plant/ Honda Racing Honda setting a time of 17mins 23.46secs at a lap speed of 130.171mph, making him the fastest man of the week and only the second 130mph+ in the TT history.

The second fastest of the night was  Guy Martin on  his 1000cc Honda Hydrex Honda Racing at a speed of 129.168mph and Steve Plater putting in a speed of 128.453 on his 1000cc Honda / HM Plant Honda Racing to put him third on the night.

Once again  it was Nick Crowe / Mark Cox on their 600cc LCR Honda/ HM Plant Honda/Dave Hudspeth outfit  who dominated the sidecar session with a blistering second lap time of 19mins 30.30secs at a lap speed of 116.063 and to take the top two lap times of the night. Andrew  Holden  / Andrew Winkle on their 600cc LCR Suzuki second on the leaders board with a lap of 112.344mph was followed by Tim Reeves / Patrick Farrance on their 600cc LCR / Team Pro Dr Sallmon at 111.270
